I'd rather have a desktop version, but the app is easily navigated. The payment due amt should be on the first page with the balance and due by date, and a confirmation number for payment would be great because I can't keep saving the payment details on my phone for proof of payment. Please make the desktop version soon.

This app makes it easy to find things, as the available balance and transactions are on the first page. the problem is i check my balance daily and every single day it says payment due, even if I just made a payment. I actually need to click on pay now to see if the payment posted. kind of frustrating as I'm trying to clean up my credit.

ZERO stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD! Different situation where customer service was no help. When making payment, the app glitched & gave an error message. I closed the app & logged in again & verified that no payment went through, so I made my payment. To my surprise, when I checked my bank statement, Brightway "coveniently" pulled my payment twice. Luckily I had the funds to cover, but again customer service & their supervisors weren't able to help with anything. WORST CARD EVER!!!!
